Kanchnar Guggulu reduces varicose veins (thrombophlebitis) often difficult to treat using conventional medicine. Kanchnar Guggulu is effective against infectious diseases including angina colds flu and even pneumonia by its cooling effect on fever and potentially eliminates bacteria.

Kanchnar Guggulu treats skin disorders such as eczema psoriases and furunculosis. It can aid in the treatment of hernia benign tumours and cystic fibrosis of the female reproductive tract.

Kanchnar Guggulu is highly effective when used in combination with other Ayruvedic preparations such as Dashamoola to treat thyroid ailments such as goitre and to correct endocrine imbalances.

Active ingredients:

Amla (Emblica officinalis). 100 g of Amla has 30 times more vitamin C than an orange. Amla strengthens bones teeth revitalises hair improving metabolism and digestion by cleansing toxins from the liver whilst removing heavy metals and free radicals. It aids heart health by stabilising blood sugar levels.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). A herb that promotes longevity and slows the effects of ageing. It prevents hair greyness improves sight and memory and heals respiratory and digestive ailments. It boosts immunity and restores intestinal flora eliminating harmful parasites. It has a mild laxative effect.

Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica). Regulates vata dosha and removes stones from the digestive tract.. It is useful in the treatment of numerous ailments and rejuvenates the body by its anthelminthic calming properties.

Black pepper (Piper nigrum). Corrects gastric peristalsis (abnormal functioning of the gut) and removes excessive mucous. Improves blood circulation boosts immunity and heals colic constipation and septicaemia caused by contaminated food. Black pepper is used to treat respiratory ailments and relieves headaches and migraines.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Rich in amino acids vitamins A B and C and essential trace minerals such as magnesium iron calcium zinc potassium and phosphorous. Ginger root aids digestion to stimulate the flow of gastric juices accelerating metabolism. Ginger increases blood circulation throughout the body including the cerebral region. It stimulates the thyroid increasing the production of hormones to regulate calcium levels in the body. Ginger is useful in the treatment of allergic reactions diarrhoea parasites high cholesterol stomach cramps and relieves the pain caused by joint swelling. Ginger purifies the body of toxins and boosts immunity.

Pippali (Piper longum). Highly beneficial to stimulate the pulmonary system and gastrointestinal tract. Reduces sputum and mucous and is effective in treating asthma bronchitis and even tuberculosis. Pippali is a strong antioxidant.

Guggul (Commiphora mukul). A resin extracted from the Tolu tree used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine. It is a cleansing agent that removes stones slags etc from the kidney to rejuvenate the entire body by regulating the functions of the body’s vital systems. Guggul balances metabolism reduces cholesterol and stimulates the thyroid. By increasing the white blood cell count in the blood guggul acts on tumours to relieve swelling. It also enhances the efficacy of other herbs and minerals used in combination with it.

Dosage: to boost the lymphatic system take 1-2 tablets twice daily half an hour before meals. Continue use for 20-30 days.For fibrocystic breast abnormality (pathological disease of the mammary glands) take 2 tablets morning and night and continue use for 3 months. For furunculosis and other skin diseases take 2 tablets twice daily before meals of Kanchnar Guggulu in combination with Triphala or Triphala Guggul. Continue use for 45 days. For varicose veins take 2 tablets per day morning and evening. Continue use for 1 month. To assist healing apply the Ayurvedic remedies Mahanarayana or Sahacharadi topically to affected areas. After 1 month cease use for 14 days then repeat the dosage. It is strongly advised to abstain from meat fatty foods and yeast to accelerate the healing process. It is further suggested to use Kanchnar Guggulu under the direction of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Contraindications: avoid using Kanchnar Guggulu when pregnant or breast-feeding. Avoid use if suffering from hormonal imbalances. Avoid using with other remedies that contain or stimulate oestrogen (such as Shatavari).
