Mysore Sandal soap is a purely vegetable based product free from animal derived ingredients and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Mysore Sandal soap contains sandalwood oil which has been used in India for thousands of years to treat numerous skin ailments.

Sandalwood oil is a very expensive essential oil extracted from sandalwood and has potent anti fungal and antibacterial properties. It treats skin irritations such as harmful allergies and leaves skin feeling soft and revitalised with a subtle sandalwood aroma.

Mysore Sandal soap moisturises skin and aids the treatment of flaky dry skin and is a natural product suitable for regular use by both adults and children. It does not cause skin irritations to the body or face and nourishes the skin aiding the healing of skin abrasions and other skin ailments.

Active ingredients:

Sandalwood (Santalum album). Soothes the skin relieving irritations and reduces inflammation caused by skin ailments. Sandalwood aids the treatment of eczema and fungal diseases and acts on all skin types to restore moisture and soften and cleanse the skin. Sandalwood helps relieve the proliferation of acne and pimples and smoothens wrinkles and puffiness around the eyes. Sandalwood leaves skin refreshed and rejuvenated and restores skin to a healthy vibrant lustre.

Glycerine (Glycerine). Penetrates deeply into the dermal layer to moisturise and cleanse the skin. Plant based glycerine is a natural emulsifier and is used extensively in skin care products as it does not cause harmful allergic reactions.

Composition: Mysore Sandal soap: contains Sodium palmitate (Sodium palmate), Sodium palm oil (Sodium palm kernelate), Water (Aqua), Titanium dioxide (Titanium dioxide), Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (Tetra sodium EDTA), Lanolin (Lanolin), Glycerine (Glycerine), Sandalwood (oil) (Santalum album), Cosmetic colors (Cosmetic colours): C.I.No. 47000 & C.I.No. 26100.

Recommended use: skin irritations caused by allergies and other ailments; repair and moisturise dry and damaged skin; prevent skin exfoliation.
