Active ingredients:
Bhringaraj (Eclipta alba). Treats anaemia regulates metabolism optimises the function of the internal organs and revitalises the nervous system. Bringaraj treats skin ailments such as dermatitis eczema and fungal diseases of the feet. It strengthens hair teeth and bones and improves eyesight hearing and memory. Bringaraj even treats psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and has a calmative effect on stress and anxiety.
Sesame oil (Sesamum indicum). Rich in organic compounds and is used to replenish and revitalise the skin by acting on skin cell metabolism whilst optimising blood and oxygen circulation to the dermal layer. Sesame oil is anti-inflammatory anti-fungal and anti-bacterial and aids the rapid healing of skin abrasions and wounds.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). Rich in essential vitamins and trace elements to boost energy levels strengthen the cardiovascular system improve cognition and memory and heal neuroses. Ashwagandha regulates sleep patterns treats chronic fatigue and is an aphrodisiac.
Indian valerian (Valeriana wallichii). It is richer in aromatic essential oil than the European variety of valerian and contains a highly beneficial acid that stimulates serotonin receptors to have a calmative effect on the body. Anxiety sleep disorders and other neuroses are rectified by use of Indian valerian. It treats dizziness fainting and eases muscle spasms.
Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra). Has anti-allergenic properties that have a calmative effect on all the Ayurvedic elements of the body air fire and water (pita vatta and kapha dosha). Yashtimadhu is a tonic for the cardiovascular system treats skin ailments and calms the nervous system. It relieves headaches and is an aphrodisiac.
Directions: for adults use Shadbindu Tail by raising the head and applying 3-6 drops of Shadbindu Tail into each nostril. For children under 6 apply 1-2 drops using the same procedure. After application one should lie prostrate for 2-3 minutes. As a preventative medicine prolong use of Shadbindu Tail for 2-3 weeks possibly longer depending on the particular ailment. (Leptadenia reticulata) – 0.1-2 g, Pluchea lanceolata (Lf.) (Pluchea lanceolata) – 0.1-2 g, Himalayan pink salt (Saindhava lavana) – 0.1-2 g, Patra (Lf.) (Cinnamomum tamala) – 0.1-2 g, Embelia ribes (Fr.) (Embelia ribes) – 0.1-2 g, Yashtimadhu (Rt.) (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 0.1-2 g, Ginger (Rz.) (Zingiber officinale) – 0.1-2 g.
