Shallaki by Himalaya is a natural resinous substance extracted from the Indian olibanum tree also known as Indian frankincense that is found in the Himalayan region of India.

Shallaki has powerful antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and is used in Ayurvedic medicine to ease the pain associated with joint abnormalities such as inflammation and poor circulation. Shallaki strengthens joint tissue and cartilage to restore mobility to the region.

Shallaki has immense healing properties and also treats cognitive disorders such as lack of concentration improves eyesight treats ailments of the digestive system such as constipation and diarrhoea and removes harmful toxins from the liver and other bodily organs.

Shallaki treats urinary tract infections and lowers excessive air element (vata dosha) and has no harmful side-effects.

Active ingredients:

Shallaki (Boswellia serrata). Grows abundantly in mountainous regions of India and is used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce excessive inflammation and treat other ailments of the joints. Shallaki aids in cartilage renewal relieves joint pain and strengthens connective tissues associated with the joints of the body such as the knees elbows ankles hips and shoulders.

Dosage: adults and children over 14 take 1 capsule twice per day during meals. Prolong use for 1 month. Children under 14 avoid use. Avoid taking other medications including sedatives or supplements for 1 hour after use as Shallaki may intensify their effects. It is strongly suggested to use Shallaki under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Composition: each Shallaki tablet contains: Shallaki (resin) (Boswellia serrata) – 125 mg.
