Active ingredients:
Adhatoda vasica (Adhatoda vasica). A medicinal shrub used in Ayurvedic medicine because of its powerful anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties that effectively treat the symptoms of cold and flu. Malabar nut expels mucous and even treats cardiovascular ailments. It has a calmative effect and relieves persistent coughs.
Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra). A powerful tonic to regulate blood circulation and lower excessive blood pressure whilst purifying the blood of harmful toxins and cholesterol. Liquorice root effectively acts as a conduit to enhance the healing properties of other herbs used in combination with it.
Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum). Has been used since antiquity in Ayurvedic medicine as a powerful healing tonic that extends longevity. Sacred Basil maintains bodily homeostasis relieves stress and treats stomach ailments inflammation colds headaches and even malaria. Sacred Basil even treats ailments caused by exposure to excessive radiation and cataracts. It has a strong aroma and powerful analgesic and astringent properties.
Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus). A powerful antiseptic with anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties to eliminate harmful pathogens and fungi regulate healthy appetite and reduce inflammation of the mammary glands. Used topically Blue Gum heals abscesses boils burns and frostbite.
Stone pine (Pinus pinea). Has analgesic antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to relieve ailments of the respiratory system such as breathing difficulty due to blocked nasal passages. Stone Pine relieves the symptoms of colds such as cough and sore throat.
Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum). A well known culinary spice that has immense medicinal and healing potential for the entire body too. Cinnamon boosts immunity cleanses the liver and bile secretion organs and regulates the metabolic function of the entire gastrointestinal tract. Cinnamon reduces the risk of cancer of the intestinal tract and regulates blood pressure thus toning the heart and associated vessels. Cinnamon eliminates blood clots lowers cholesterol and purges mucosal oedema (fluid retention). Calcined product (Kushta abrak safaid). Used in Unani medicine and is prepared by heating medicinal herbs and then grinding the resulting substance to a fine powder in a clay pot. Kushta abrak safaid is used for the treatment of respiratory ailments such as asthma and gastrointestinal disorders. It is even effective in the treatment of tuberculosis. Kushta abrak safaid is a tonic that is antipyretic (reduces fever) and an aphrodisiac.
Dosage: adults take 1-2 tablets dissolved in water 2-3 times per day before meals. Children take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day before meals. Use Sualin under the direction of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
Composition: each 1.035 g tablet of Sualin contains: Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 43.24 g, Adhatoda vasica (Adhatoda vasica) – 37.40 g, Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum) – 32.40 g; Oils: Anise (Pimpinella anisum) – 0.0015 ml, Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) – 0.0003 ml, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus) – 0.0006 ml, Stone pine (Pinus pinea) – 0.0003 ml, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – 2.33 mg, Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 12.96 g, Calcined product (Kushta abrak safaid) – 12.96 mg, Sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum) – Q.S. (required quantity).
Recommended use: treating the symptoms of colds and flu such as coughs and sore throat leading to pain whilst swallowing.
