Sumenta tablets are a completely natural herbal formulation that strengthen the nervous system and aid the healing of mental and emotional stress. Active ingredients:

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri). Well known for its ability to balance the three Ayurvedic elements of air fire and water (vata pitta kapha dosha) and boost the body’s immunity. Brahmi optimises the nervous system increases cognitive function and significantly improves the body’s overall state of well-being.

Indian valerian (Valeriana wallichii). Rich in aromatic essential oils far greater in content than the European variety of Valerian. Amino acids present in Indian Valerian aids the treatment of anxiety depression insomnia and disorders of the nervous system. Indian Valerian is also used to effectively treat dizziness and fainting muscle spasms and reduces the pain associated with female menstruation disorders. It is also beneficial to prevent the proliferation of harmful intestinal microflora to relieve indigestion caused by excessive fermentation in the stomach.

Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi). Has a potent calmative effect on the entire nervous system without causing drowsiness and lethargy. Jatamansi regulates healthy function of the genitourinary system boosts cardiovascular function and aids the healing of respiratory system disorders. It treats skin ailments digestive disorders and accelerates the healing of broken and fractured bones. Jatamansi even acts positively on cognitive function to boost memory and increase one’s executive function to speed up decision making. Jatamansi improves libido.

Shankha pushpi (Evolvulus alsinoides). Potent medicinal herb that is highly effective to improve cognitive function and stimulate healthy brain activity. It has a calmative effect on the entire nervous system and speeds up reaction times and executive function of the brain. Shankha pushpi significantly improves memory and concentration ability and aids the healing of stress related disorders caused by high emotional states including insomnia and headaches. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). Gives the body increased stamina and increases libido.
